Description

The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children stepchildren and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high.

The Enterprise Location Management System (ELMS) is looking for assistance in several areas. Candidate will perform AutoCAD cleanup tasks on Mayos master floor plans perform data update activities using our FM Systems software and provide onsite data collection. The ELMS team is willing to train the candidate to use the many different software products we use daily. Applicants should have some experience in reading floor plans and be proficient utilizing the basic Microsoft Office products. The perfect applicant knows AutoCAD software and wants a career in a building field IT Facilities Engineering or Architecture.



Qualifications

Must be a child stepchild or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.
Must be returning to college in the fall.
Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks.
Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program

SEOP employees should not expect vacation/daysoff to be approved during their commitment.
