- Understands customer needs and offers personalized product solutions.
- Answers customer questions professionally covering features pricing and additional benefits demonstrating to customers how technology can enhance and simplify their lives
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Can pass a background check and is legally eligible to work in Canada.

Must haves:
- Candidates who are great with people and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- 12 years of Sales Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in English.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
