Job Description
Primary:
Design and Architecture of Software Product
Selection of technology by practical testing.
Build vertical knowledge to drive development in right direction.
Coordinate with vertical team product manager to finalize features of product.
Market survey and study to finalize features
Responsible for goal setting and achievement for team goals
Training and skill implant with coordination of trainer
Secondary:
Team building and motivation of team
Team management scheduling and HR issues
Technology and skill improvement of team
Improve quality of development by continuous review of code and implement best practices.
Total experience of 2 year or more
Working experience as developer for atleast 3 years.
Atleast one full product development lifecycle from start to end.
Team Management of 4 to 6 people.
Product development related to data processing / Logic handling / Workflow / MES / Batching
Microsoft Technology based product experience.
Mfg. related experience either as software related to Mfg or automation would be plus.
Azure / data warehousing / Automation related product would be plus.
Knowledge Skills
Very good working knowledge
o C# C or VB
o .Net web technology ASP / ASP / MVC / CORE
o Microsoft SQL Server OR MySQL
Good knowledge of
o Java script / jQuery / Angular / React
o Analytics of data i.e. In Memory OLTP / Power BI / Tablue or similar
Plus
o Any communication protocols
o IIoT protocols like MQTT understanding
o Mobile application development or design
