Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a resultdriven sales representative with excellent interpersonal skills to seek out actively and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost topline revenue growth customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to prospective clients through cold calls email outreach or outbound lead followup to initiate conversations.
  • Asking probing questions to assess a prospects needs budget decisionmaking authority and potential fit for the companys product or service.
  • Understanding the customers challenges and how the companys solution can address them.
  • Establishing a positive connection with potential clients by actively listening and demonstrating genuine interest.
  • Collecting detailed information about the prospects business operations current processes and competitor landscape.
  • Articulating how the companys product or service can solve the customers specific problems.
  • Handing off qualified leads to the appropriate sales team members for further discussions and potential closing.
  • Accurately logging call details notes and lead information within the companys CRM system.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales with a strong focus on outbound lead generation and hunting.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and qualifying leads in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products technology solutions and how they align with customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively and build relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate the value of SaaS solutions clearly to potential customers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo).
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
