About the Opportunity
As a Consultant your time will be divided as follows:
- Conducting secondary research on clinical commercial and market topics
- Conducting primary research with KOLs and biopharmaceutical market experts
- Brainstorming with your team and executing valueadding analyses to support client solutions.
- Being a role model for the junior team and supporting the development of the junior members of the team
- Supporting internal team activities with relevant impact (thought leadership internal training
- Supporting local leadership team building the local culture and teambuilding activities.
You will be part of a fastgrowing PEbacked business that allows highperforming employees to make an impact and be part of our growing team. You will have the chance to channel your advanced degree into strategizing the development and commercialization of portfoliosassetsand brands by integrating therapeutic clinical and commercial expertise to ensure that clients are able to make confident decisions.
You will join a join a Global startup team across 6 offices around Europe and the US playing an important role in implementing its growth strategy. You will be responsible for supporting successful advisory engagements across our clients product and company life cycles and for supporting revenue growth within both new and existing accounts. The majority of projects will involve global client stakeholders; therefore knowledge of drug development and commercialization in global markets is also desirable.
- Reporting: In each project you will be reporting to a different Senior Leadership Team Member within Advisory. Outside of the project context you will report to a Line Manager (typically an Engagement Manager a Director or a VP) within our Advisory business.
- Time Allocation: 60 of your time will be spent in office and 25 in domestic or international travel (for client meetingsconferencesand interoffice visits)

Desired Experience and Skills
- One or more of the following degrees: relevant degree in science or biotechnologyrelated field is a must PhD MD MBA and/or MSc are valued.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience within the biopharmaceutical industry of which at least 3 year was focused on consulting.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct primary market research andanalysesecondary data sources.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (ExcelWordand PowerPoint).
