Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven sales position to join our team as a Leasing Sales Consultant. In this role you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by identifying developing and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Leveraging your experience in consultative selling you will deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with our companys objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Present properties and included amenities to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
  • Evaluate clients needs to make personalized presentations and recommendations
  • Provide accurate information on the different property features
  • Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
  • Stay up to date on leasing market trends and assist management in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Educate customers on signing process facilitate signing and the completion of a strong leasing application
  • Ensure all prospects leave property with thorough knowledge of property benefits availability and leasing process if unable to sign a contract at that time
  • Managing lead pipelines opportunities and applicants and related appointment bookings (meetings calls property tours)
  • Work crossdepartmentally to support client needs develop strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Good knowledge of leasing regulations and market is an asset
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Reliably walk or drive between properties as needed
  • Able to lift up to 50 LBS stand for long periods of time
  • Conduct guided tours of available suites walk property top to bottom
  • 1 year experience in residential leasing or property management industry
  • Previous experience in sales hospitality or customer service role an asset
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience using Yardi Voyager or a similar CRM
  • College diploma or university degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including walking to and from properties.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficiency in using standard office equipment including computers and phones.
  • Ability to climb stairs and navigate various property terrains.
