What Youll Be Doing:
- Cycle counting raw materials packaging materials finished goods and nonconforming materials daily.
- Utilizing the system to review onhand inventory production and work order status.
- Ensuring materials are in proper locations and helping search to locate misclassified inventory.
- Reporting discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to management.
- Performing root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommending process improvements to eliminate problems.
- Maintaining 6S standards for work performed.
- Working at least 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.
- Following Safety Rules and Procedures: Company Safety Policy. Immediately reporting safety issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 13 years of manufacturing experience in shipping/receiving/cycle counting preferred.
- Analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Automotive Manufacturing.
- Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills.
