What Youll Be Doing:

  • Cycle counting raw materials packaging materials finished goods and nonconforming materials daily.
  • Utilizing the system to review onhand inventory production and work order status.
  • Ensuring materials are in proper locations and helping search to locate misclassified inventory.
  • Reporting discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to management.
  • Performing root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommending process improvements to eliminate problems.
  • Maintaining 6S standards for work performed.
  • Working at least 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.
  • Following Safety Rules and Procedures: Company Safety Policy. Immediately reporting safety issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • 13 years of manufacturing experience in shipping/receiving/cycle counting preferred.
  • Analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Automotive Manufacturing.
  • Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills.
