You will create engaging content manage social media channels analyze performance metrics and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of social media conversations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns.
Content Creation:
Create highquality engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to text image and video content.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and onbrand content.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain the companys social media profiles and presence including Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions across social media channels.
Community Building:
Foster and nurture online communities by engaging with followers and industry influencers.
Implement strategies to grow the companys social media reach and audience.
Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly analyze social media performance using tools and platforms providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on social media metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay Informed:
Stay uptodate with the latest trends tools and best practices in social media marketing.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
