Job Description
The Department of Languages Literatures & Cultures welcomes applications for adjunct faculty instructors in Chinese. This position would be responsible for teaching first through thirdyear language courses course availability varies depending on schedule and departmental needs.The Citadels goal is to build longterm relationships with highquality parttime faculty members who are committed to developing principled wellrounded leaders who appreciate the value of being culturally and linguistically proficient in world languages other than their own.

Minimum Qualifications:
The position requires near native fluency in both English and Chinese. A Masters degree in Chinese or a Masters degree in another subject with 18 hours of graduatelevel study in Chinese or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with undergraduate teaching and the learning management system Canvas preferred.
