You will report to the Sr. Director Talent Management and will work closely with Business and HR Leadership Teams. Youll collaborate closely with various internal leaders and teams including Talent Management Talent Acquisition DE&I Learning and Development People Analytics People Solutions and Business HR (BHR) Partners.

10 years of experience across various disciplines within Human Resources (i.e. Talent Management Talent Acquisition HR Business Partner etc.
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of relevant experience education and training.
Sophisticated HRBP experience in Talent Strategy Talent Planning Executive Succession Governance Executive Development.
Executive presence maturity and ability to navigate General Managers (GMs) Executive Leadership and HR Leadership relationships.
Experience working with competencybased models and leadership potential assessments methodologies and tools (i.e. 360 assessments Hogan etc.
Strong ability to be selfdirected processoriented handson individual able to manage multiple priorities. Project management skills are required.
Proven ability to collaborate with HRBPs People Solutions Talent Acquisition L&D Total Rewards DE&I and other HR COEs to drive an integrated talent agenda and drive a consistent talent experience.

Role 1: Sr. Principal Geo Talent Management
Role 2: Sr. Principal Global Talent Management
The Sr. Principal Geo Talent Management plays a critical role in integrating and executing the global and geography talent priorities. You will also be accountable for assessing and monitoring the geographys talent marketplace and for making recommendations to address any competitive issues Nike may have to attract and retain worldclass talent. This role operates within an agile team allowing for flexibility in line with the needs and Nikes Talent cadence cycle.
Strategically influence comprehend and devise plans to integrate and activate multiple Functional talent strategies and priorities to optimize the impact of the work and investments and to establish a consistent employee experience for geography talent.
Utilize Nikes Enterprise programs tools and practices to facilitate the development of crossfunctionally skilled talent to provide the global talent pipelines with highly capable talent to lead Nike today and in the future.
Acts as the local Talent expert in the geography. You will advise and counsel BHR Partners and business leaders to effectively interpret and use Nikes talent practices policies methodologies and global processes for all Talent COEs.
Establish facilitate and execute the geographys talent cadence to ensure the leadership team prioritizes knowing growing and winning with their talent in alignment with enterprise and global function strategies.
Coach and advise Talent COE partners and other stakeholders on how to navigate the GEO talent environment.
Support Executive and leadership development activities for VPLT and enterprise top talent as led by global talent processes or as determined by global pipeline strategy.
The Sr. Principal Global Talent Management manages the implementation of the Talent Management and Executive Development activities for Nikes Enterprise Talent Pipelines. Your daily work will involve identification of critical capabilities creation and maintenance of role profiles talent assessments succession planning leadership development all while supporting executive talent meetings and optimizing Nikes talent practices. This role operates within an agile team allowing for flexibility in line with the needs and Nikes Talent cadence cycle.
Act as a talent authority and expert guiding the global pipeline by advising BHR Partners and business leaders on Nikes talent development strategies methodologies and processes.
Help build establish manage and grow the leadership pipeline ensuring a strong and readynow functional talent pool.
Build and implement the functional pipeline to ensure there is a steady stream of readynow talent by leveraging enterprise programs and tools.
