HRW Companies LLC is a leading provider of longterm care services for individuals with mental illnesses. We operate multiple residential care facilities and a nursing home across Missouri offering a safe and supportive environment for our residents. We are committed to excellence in care and service and we are looking for a skilled Controller to join our team and contribute to our mission.
**Position Overview:**
As the Controller you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of HRW Companies. You will play a critical role in managing our financial systems ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the financial health of our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management in the healthcare sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
Manage accounts receivable and payable ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Implement and maintain financial systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop financial strategies and goals.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations including Medicaid and Medicare.
Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management preferably in healthcare.
Strong knowledge of financial systems including QuickBooks and Bill.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
