Weekend Warrior CNA- Every Other Weekend

CNAs looking for Every Other weekend work (Fridays Saturdays Sundays) from 7a9p. Guarantee Offered 30 hours every other week during those times. The caregiver is responsible for providing care for home care clients as needed during their assigned availability Schedule. We have clients in three territories you can choose from.

Compensation

1 Base Pay for Weekend Warrior Float Specialist Position: $22.00/hour

2 You may still earn ShortShift Premium pay for 1 and 2 hour shifts: (up to $30.00/hour)

3 Weekly Hours guarantee: With 42 hours of weekend availability (F S S) every other week we will guarantee you are offered 20 hours of work minimum on those weekends.

4)Outside of this specific position you are welcome to pick up clients during the week as well as you wish and are available.

The Float specialist will be expected to go to all assigned shifts in any location within BrightStar territory including the BrightStar Office if needed. This is a crucial role for our business to maintain quality coverage for our clients. CNAs in this role are often identified as our top performers and not only provide high quality and dependable care for our clients but also compassionate and friendly customer service to our clients nursing and office staff. All employees in this role must be fully prepared to provide all types of care including but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Transportation
• Personal Cares (toileting bathingetc.
• Transfers
• Hoyer Lifts/EZ Stands
• Nurse Delegated Tasks
• and standby assists as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• CNA Certification
• Valid Drivers License
• at least 1 year of caregiving experience
• CPR certification (preferred but we do offer classes)
