Job Description
Lifepoint Health is currently seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) for Frye Regional Medical Center located in Hickory North Carolina.

Program Focus:
- Enhance leadership and business management abilities through handson assignments job rotations instructorled courses and distance learning
- Collaborate with peers through team projects and build a network with leaders across the organization
- Gain valuable experience in diverse healthcare settings with varying sizes complexities and service lines including rotations at our Support Center
- Take on a leadership role within the hospital managing a group of departments
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will play an integral role in the hospitals decisionmaking processes ensuring alignment with the hospitals mission while staying informed on clinical healthcare changes that may impact its success
- Five years in a clinical department as director/manager role with direct reports.
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure
- Masters degree in business nursing or related field.
