Job Description
RPO Recruitments client is currently looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager who can join their successful and growing team in Cape Town as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully managing and overseeing multiple painting roofing and waterproofing projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Run projects manage staff do measurements and be responsible for cost management
- Coordinate multiple projects from start to finish ensuring that each project is completed safely on time within budget and to the satisfaction of the client or professional team
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Building or similar qualification in the built environment
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Construction Manager/Project Manager/QS
- Solid knowledge of construction methods materials products and processes in the industry
- Registration with SACPCMP beneficial
