How you will make an impact:
The Business Systems Analyst I will work under general supervision of higher level BSA to support the functional business units. Primary responsibilities include supporting the full lifecycle of data analysis from triage and intake of support requests and new requirements to helping to configure software testing and training while working collaboratively with key stakeholders and collaborating with the report development team. We need a highly motivated individual who is flexible selfmotivated proactive and a creative problem solver.
- Triage Manage and Assign support tickets to the appropriate resources. Resolve support tickets when possible.
- Change Request intake process by identifying and assigning appropriate resources.
- Help refine business requirements documents and record business requirements in the DevOps system.
- Assist in Configuration of business systems and help troubleshoot issues arising from system configuration.
- Under the guidance of senior Business Analyst(S) Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and documentation according to test plans.
The skills and experience youll need:
- A bachelors degree is required preferably in a technical subject.
- 12 years of prior experience as a business or systems analyst is preferred.
- Prior experience with D365 (AX Finance and Operations) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Teams and a working knowledge of SQL is preferable.

US BASE PAY SCALE $32.74 $40.05/hr
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicants experience.
