YOUR MISSION
- Provide tourlevel club fitting experiences for dedicated golfers VIP guests and CPG Staff Professionals
- Utilize Cobra Fitting methods tools and launch monitors to achieve a bestinclass experience
- Achieve and exceed Cobra Tour Fitting Experience yearly goals in number of fits and total revenue
- Create a consistency in fitting schedule to maximize available fitting times and actively promote fitting availability
- Conduct setup and breakdown of all displays and equipment and ensure consistency and uniformity of the range daily
- Oversee the return previous generation demo equipment and maintain current demo matrix
- Serve as a product expert when conducting fittings and fitting education to key VIP visitors
- Enter customer orders in a timely manor and upload all specifications to company portal
- Work with local CPG Territory Sales Manager to support and drive custom sales for Green Grass accounts.
- Establish new relationships with local accounts and maintain existing relationships with current fitting accounts
- Maintain the cleanliness of Cobra Performance Center Consumer Tour Truck transportation vehicle and all fitting equipment
- Receive and solve consumer custom fitting issues pertaining to orders from fittings
- Proactively call all customers on orders that require special handling or notification of delays
- Travel and conduct company fittings as needed by sales or marketing function
- Must be able to work cross functionally with the golf course super intendent to ensure the care for the Tour Fitting experience tee areas
- Must be able to work closely with other Teaching Professionals who also work and teach in the adjacent area of the Cobra Tour Fitting Experience
YOUR TALENT
- Minimum 3 year of custom fitting experience
- Experience with launch monitors (Trackman Foresight GC Quad and or FlightScope) is required
- Experience with creating reports using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point) in an office or lab setting is required
- Must have an intermediate to advanced level expertise proficiency with technology in regards to golf club technology and how it applies to custom fitting
- Intimate knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed launch spin) is required
- Basic Golf Club Assembly and repair is preferred
- 3D motion capture experience is preferred
- Knowledge of visual basic programs is preferred
- Basic statistics knowledge is preferred
- High level of energy initiative and professionalism
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Follow through and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines
- Results oriented with a sales experience
- Experience in golf working with a wellrespected innovative equipment brand preferred
- PGA of America affiliation preferred and knowledge of the green grass / wholesale business
- Ability to work on Saturdays based on business needs
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $68640 $87140 Bonus Benefits
