We are searching for a professional Fleet Management Specialist who will oversee and manage the lifecycle of fleet vehicles from acquisition to disposal optimizing cost and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and company policies and law. We offer an exciting opportunity for a person with a passion for managing fleet.

How Youll Make an Impact:

  • Overseeing and managing the lifecycle of fleet vehicles from acquisition to disposal.
  • Developing and implementing new technology and systems to streamline operations and improve fleet management process
  • Developing and maintaining relationship with suppliers manufacturers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of fleet services.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure advantageous terms and maintain positive relationships.
  • Monitoring changes in laws and regulations related to fleet management and transportation.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws regulations and company policies.
  • Providing education and training to drivers and employees law regulations and company policies
  • Updating policies and procedures related to fleet management to align with legal requirements
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to forecast demand and prepare adequate supply.
  • Implementing sustainability initiatives focusing on ecofriendly sourcing and transportation methods.

Your Background:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such us business logistic transportation management or related field.
  • Previous experience in fleet management transportation administration logistic and related filed.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizational skill and attention to details
  • Indepth knowledge of supply chain and fleet management principles.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask.
