Job Description
All American Ford is looking for a Service Advisor to join our family owned and operated high volume dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated career driven individual to join our team. This position requires a highlevel of customer and employee interaction so the ideal candidate must possess the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls emails and driveins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
- Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Conduct transactions with system; walk customer through correction and provide summary
- Communicate estimated completion time regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
- Followup with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
- Coordinate work flow daily with the technicians and parts departments
- Sell coordinated work to specific customers and fleet customers

Requirements:
