Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Data Integration & BI to lead our data practice focusing on data integration and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering enterprisescale data solutions in a consulting environment. This role requires experience in Databricks Power BI cloud data platforms enterprise data architecture and clientfacing consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Data Integration & BI practice defining strategy methodologies and best practices.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable data integration solutions leveraging Databricks cloud data platforms and ETL pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership on business intelligence solutions particularly with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into datadriven solutions.
- Drive data governance security and compliance across data platforms.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data engineers analysts and business stakeholders to deliver highimpact insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in data engineering analytics and BI to ensure continuous innovation.
- Mentor and develop a team of data professionals.
- Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals and client presentations.
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements and longterm strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 years of experience in data integration data engineering and BI preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in Databricks and cloudbased data platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
- Handson experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL Python and ETL tools.
- Experience in data modeling data warehousing and realtime data processing.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with largescale data initiatives.
- Knowledge of data governance security and compliance frameworks.

Additional Information
- Employment type: Fulltime permanent employment.
- Work location: Hybrid depending on location. Travel will be required to visit the HQ clients or events.
- Preferred locations: Dallas TX.
- Salary range: $175000 $200000.
- Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
