- Potty Training: Guide and assist toddlers as they reach important developmental milestones including potty training building independence and social skills.

- Engage and Inspire Learning: Implement TLEs proprietary curriculum to spark curiosity and foster cognitive social and emotional growth.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with children parents and coworkers and keep families updated on their childs progress through regular communication.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team of educators to make learning fun and engaging for everyone!
- A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- At least 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).
- An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or High School diploma/GED (required).
- Ability to meet any applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.

At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
