Job Description
Your experience includes
- BS in Computer Science or related field with 8 years of biotechnology industry experience is required.
- Python Javascript and SQL experience
- AWS experience (Lambda RDS EC2 ALB)
- Experience with Docker
- Experience working in a biotechnology organization
- Its a bonus if you have experience with: FastAPI React Vue.js or another modern JavaScript framework
You are interested in
- Contributing to system design and architecture
- Building RESTful services using the FastAPI following engineering best practices
- Building applications to support computation biology analysis
- Building relational and NoSQL databases
- Some Javascript HTML CSS front end development
About you:
The Senior Engineer II will be responsible for full stack development in AWS. The software will be integral to laboratory automation and scientific data analysis. We are searching for a driven enthusiastic and selfmotivated individual who is comfortable multitasking and working independently on various aspects of the platform. This individual will join a dynamic growing and highly collaborative team.
