About Us:
Xponential is a leading digital consultancy firm specializing in providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a GRC Consultant.
This role requires a blend of consultancy skills and technical expertise in configuring and customizing platforms with a focus on Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) capabilities to meet our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their requirements and ensuring effective communication.
o Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
o Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Platform Configuration:
o Learn and master the assigned platform to configure and customize it according to client requirements with a focus on integrating GRC capabilities.
o Implement and manage configuration changes to improve and optimize client workflows particularly in the areas of governance risk management and compliance.
o Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
Project Management:
o Manage project timelines deliverables and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
o Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status risks and issues.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Training and Support:
o Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the platform and its functionalities including GRC features.
o Develop and maintain documentation user guides and training materials to support platform users.
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
o 23 years of experience as a GRC consultant or in a similar role preferably in the fields of business process management or IT consulting.
o Experience with configuring and customizing software platforms with a focus on GRC capabilities.
Skills:
o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
o Proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software platforms and technologies.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
