Designation: Senior Accountant
Job Location Thaltej
Experience: 3 Yrs minimum in Accounts & Banking
Minimum Education Required: BCom / MBA/ CFA/ Inter CA
Expected Joining Date: Immediate
Overall Personal Accounting Banking and Insurance Management
- Reports and Payments:
- Handling multiple MIS reports.
- Processing regular invoices and transport bill payments.
- Managing branch local purchase bill payments (branches only have viewing rights).
- Managing bank collections and processing miscellaneous payments (e.g. food travel etc..
- Managing the circulation of money and ensuring entries are correctly recorded in the system.
- Financial Management:
- Overseeing monthly EMI payments for directors/partners and commission entries.
- Handling monthly rent settlements and salary disbursements.
- Managing quarterly accounts closure.
- Insurance Responsibilities:
- Handling car and medical insurance for all directors.
- Managing the Workmens Compensation (W.C. policy stock insurance and plant & machinery insurance for all companies.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Branch balance matching and monitoring.
- Releasing export payments.
- Updating the price list.
- Managing accounts for the Fresh Food Hotel.
- Attending calls during leave to ensure timely payments and handling extra work during account closures.
