Job Description
High School Diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program Current PA LPN license current CPR completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia Course ACLS and PALS certification within six 6 months of hire.EEOC Statement:

Position Summary:
The LPN provides direct daytoday care to patients and families of Conemaugh Miners Medical Center. The LPN practices to the fullest extent of his/her license in accordance with organizational policies. The LPN is under the direction of the Nurse Manager and functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patients plan of care. The LPN provides population specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients served. He/she may need to travel to outlying areas in the Conemaugh Health System for required education.
