Job Description
SALARY:
Appropriate step on the Cleaning Salary Schedule commensurate with experience and training
REPORTS TO:
Cleaning Coordinator
WORK WEEK/YEAR:
SUMMER ONLY
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials
Ability to operate a variety of cleaning equipment and machines including stripping machine power washer fan scrubbers ladders waxing machines and vacuum cleaners
Available to work a variety of shifts
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in a team environment
Able to lift objects weighing 50 pounds
Ability to push and pull items weighing up to 200 lbs. on wheels
Excellent physical condition
Selfmotivated selfdirected
Able to pass criminal background check
Able to read and understand verbal and written instructions written warnings and labels
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic computer skills
