Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for designing and implementing benefit and compensation strategies to attract grow and retain people. The leader of this function will organize and support large corporate and strategic projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required; a minimum of 8 years of broadbased compensation experience and management experience required.
Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in HR) is preferred.
Professional HR certifications such as CCP SHRMCP PHR or SHRMSCP SPHR preferred.
Proven experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of compensation benefits and general human resources practice.
Strong analytical thinking elevated level of problem solving attention to detail highly skilled in planning/organizing and leading and developing process improvements.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with all departments and associates.
