Join Our Team as an Automotive Dealership Controller!
Are you an experiencedAutomotive Dealership Controller looking for an exciting opportunity We are seeking a resultsdriven financial leader to oversee our dealerships finance and accounting operations.
In this role you will:
Manage and oversee financial reporting includingmonthly and annual consolidated statements
Drivecash flow management budgeting and forecasting for strategic decisionmaking
Ensurecompliance with internal controlsand industry best practices
Leadinventory managementand cost control initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to optimizefinancial performance and profitability

Requirements:
- Must have 3 years of recent Automotive Controller experience at a franchised dealer
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reynolds and Reynoldss experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports summarizing and forecasting activity and financial positions in areas such as income expenses and earnings based on past present and projected operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the monthly quarterly and yearend close process.
- Oversee the financial accounting processes including the general ledger and chart of accounts.
- Manage operational accounting processes including receivables payment processing and accounts payable.
- Oversee the accounting and consolidation systems.
- Coordinate and manage the account reconciliation process.
- Monitor compliance with evolving accounting standards.
- Maintain effective controls over the locations accounting processes.
