Commercial Flat Roofing Sales Representative$70000$95000 (Toronto and GTA)
Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in the roofing industry We are looking for a Commercial Flat Roofing Sales Representative to join a dynamic team serving Toronto and the GTA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in flat roofing systems and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients in reroofing and new construction projects.
- Generate leads and close sales for flat roofing systems including Modified Bitumen and BuiltUp Roofing (BUR).
- Provide clients with expert advice on 4ply 2ply modified bitumen peelandstick and singleply roofing systems.
- Identify opportunities for additional roof repair work and upsell services.
- Collaborate with the project and operations team to ensure seamless of client projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in flat roofing sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems (Modified Bitumen BUR singleply etc..
- Proven ability to find and complete repairs on commercial roofs.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
- A resultsdriven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary plus commission structure. Estimated range: $70000$95000 (commensurate with experience).
