The Department is organized into eight divisions consisting of approximately 900 employees and includes: The Montana Highway Patrol Motor Vehicle Division Legal Services Gambling Control Division of Criminal Investigation Forensic Science Division the Central Services Division and the Montana Law Enforcement Academy.
