Job Description

Front office support entails addressing the needs of visitors teachers students and staff throughout the school day. This parttime position serves the Middle School community by
- Managing building access for parents visitors monitoring sign in/out procedures
- Answering phones and communicating messages
- Distributing mail
- Providing clinic and general health support
- Overseeing cleanliness and orderliness of front office area
- Managing Lost & Found
- Assisting office staff with clerical duties
Founded in 1998 The Oaks Academy is a Christcentered school that exists to provide a rich classical education to children of diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds preparing them to succeed in a rigorous secondary educational program and to demonstrate spiritual social and emotional maturity. Currently on three campuses serving over 1100 students The Oaks Academy is growing to serve more children.
- Basic computer and technical skills; able to access and use online student data management system
- Experience with basic medical care is preferred; CPRcertified preferred
- Caring attitude
- Devout Christian who is a member of associated with or seeking to be associated with a Christcentered community of faith or a church
