Job Description
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure implementation maintenance and further development of the Quality process documentation Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification within iCenter Nasik.
- Develop continuous improvement process procedure as part of the overall QMS
- Ensure the Quality Manual supports the needs of the business and is uptodate and relevant at all times.
- Coordinate conduct and represent iCenter audits for internal and external audits (ISO Trade Compliance HSE FM other audits) including certification audits
- Be the contact point for all suppliers (including our integrators) customers and subcontractors of iCenter for qualityrelated matters including issues complaint handling and corrective actions
- Be the primary contact for customers quality issues and resolution thereafter
- Have a very good understanding of international workmanship standards for mechanical assembly/wiring and be able to train wiring/assembly technicians when required
- Aware of incoming in process quality processes
- Good knowledge on testing of electrical/ elctronic equipments.
- Responsible for all Quality tools and procedures implemented in iCenter Nasik
- Develop a close working relationship with our integrator partners conduct cabinet workmanship standard checks as required create standard checklists
- Strong analytical & problemsolving techniques.
- Knowledge of quality tools
- Experience on working in renewable energy segment will be an added advantage.

- Plans organizes and conducts audits.
- Understands and able to review the effectiveness of rootcause analysis corrective and preventive actions.
- Able to communicate at all levels within the organization and suppliers.
- Multitasking and multifunctional knowledges in achieving TQM goals (Customer Satisfaction and Company Profitability).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skill including QC SPC and statistical tools.
- Good English communication and liaison skills.
- Understands TQM concepts (Total Quality Management) and keens to learn new things.
- Uses engineering knowledge and experience to efficiently form job functions
- Knowledgeable of Quality systems and standards minimum ISO9001
- Experience leading quality audits.
- B.E. / B.Tech Intrumentation / Electronics Electrical
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the area of Quality Management and process development.
- A thorough understanding of ISO 9001 standards and requirements
- Experience from renewable energy preferred
