Staying up to date with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows macOS Microsoft 365 networking and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience with remote monitoring & management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA) tools.
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
Industry certifications (CompTIA Microsoft Cisco etc. are a plus!
