You will be working as an experienced cook responsible for performing the full cooking process using established recipes. This includes preparing and measuring ingredients. May also include; grilling broiling baking frying and sauting. In a casual fine dining facility you are responsible for all aspects of the pantry station and ensuring that the station or area is sanitary and fully functional. You may also be asked to assist in Banquet food preparations. Our season is typically May through October.
