Job Description

The contractor will manage the functional and technical operations enhancement and maintenance of FTCs Learning Management System (LMS) eTrain2 on the Cornerstone platform. Responsibilities include designing workflows and business processes ensuring compliance with FTC standards and serving as the Designated Security Officer (DSO) for the LMS.

Key duties involve coordinating LMS operations with vendors resolving technical issues updating courses and providing expertise in integrating technology into training programs. The contractor will also advise on instructional design recommend policies assess training needs and implement innovative learning technologies.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing and documenting technologybased learning solutions (e.g. elearning virtual classrooms).
  • Establishing technical and design standards for learning solutions.
  • Evaluating training requirements and recommending costeffective technologydriven solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with governmentwide etraining initiatives and reporting accurate data.

The contractor will work closely with FTC personnel provide guidance to training managers and support the Chief Learning Officer in improving training programs and leveraging emerging technologies.
