The Service Valet at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers assisting with their needs and ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience. They will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist customers in locating parking spots
- Drive customer vehicles to the appropriate service area
- Retrieve customer vehicles after service completion
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to facilitate smooth customer experiences
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
