Hiring forAssistant Manager Training & Development for Telecom Industry
Key Responsibility :
- Plan & Design Training Programme
- Monitor effectiveness closely in particular the quality of learning in line with standards SOP
- Implement L & D initiatives as per Business requirement
- Facilitate learning through digital platforms/ newage platforms.
- Work with top management for L & D / O & D initiatives as per business needs.
- Interact with top management to design unique interventions of training like Leadership skills emotional intelligence Cognitive flexibility etc.
- Responsible for L &D to support as well as sales staff
- As per business requirement additional work will be assign.
- Candidate should work under pressure
Basic Skills
Candidate should be effective in English communication
Good presentable skills & well versed with training skills
Having around experience above 5 years.
Education Graduate / MBA will be preferred
Age not more than 35 Years.
Salary Budget will be up to 5 LPA OR as per the talent Depends...
Employment will be on the third party
