Your Role:
We are looking for an Interactive Producer to manage projects from concept to completion. You will be embedded with a team of highly motivated artists & engineers working on worldclass experiences. In this role you will assist in deliverables regularly maintain project schedules and facilitate the daytoday of a variety of tasks.
Youll be a part of every stage in the production your role will be diverse youll work across all facets of the business and will be responsible for delivering digital awesomeness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships and conduct status updates meetings and milestones.
- Create project documentation including SOWs schedules technical and functional requirements.
- Manage creative and development teams to set goals and check quality of deliverables and reviewing deliverables.
- Resolve issues in a timely and diplomatic manner and utilize change management to remain agile to account for changes in project scope.
- Special focus on mobile and gaming solutions
- Collaborate in defining and implementing project management processes and workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Salary:
- Base salary plus performance bonuses
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree: Preferred from a four year college or university in Digital Media Game Production Game Design App development
- Minimum 2 Years: experience with gaming/interactive/mobile frameworks; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 Years: experience in highimpact project management.
- Minimum 2 years: shipped commercially available products
- Fundamental Understanding of the Google play and iOS App store
Additional Information:
- Strong production portfolio.
- Knowledge of budgeting scheduling bid package preparation and variety of vendors.
- Knowledge of Agile development SPRINT planning and SCRUM
- Demonstrates ability to lead staff instill a spirit of teamwork and promote staff development.
- Makes independent choices free from immediate supervision.
- Possesses solid aesthetic sensibilities and storytelling skills to support the creative process and to facilitate communication between all disciplines.
