What Youll Do:
- Help manage project schedules budgets and resources.
- Read and apply construction plans and specs.
- Keep everything safe and compliant.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Report progress to the project leader.
What You Need:
- Bachelors degree in construction management or engineering
- 5 years of commercial construction experience (concrete and rebar experience is a plus)
- Valid Virginia Drivers License
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Skills We Love:
- Knowledge of building materials methods and tools
- Math whiz (arithmetic algebra geometry)
- Blueprint reading skills
- Topnotch communication and problemsolving abilities
- Techsavvy (Procore knowledge is a plus)
- Strong safety focus (CPR/First Aid OSHA 30 certifications)
