At our Krakow Global Business Services (GBS) Hub we provide essential services across multiple functions including finance purchasing human resources supply chain and more. We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Internship Program.

Available Teams/Functions

We are offering internships across multiple teams/functions.

Within the Human Resources department you can have the chance to join the Learning & Development team where you will assist with the delivery of the EMEA training agenda and with the EMEA onboarding process by managing various administrative tasks. You will also have interactions with various stakeholders to solicit their input on different matters and create promotional L&D content for our internal infosharing platform.

About You

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree preferably in a HRoriented graduate program.
• You are proactive energetic have a positive cando attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.
• You are wellorganized and you have strong communication skills.
• You can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage (e.g. French German Dutch).
• You are interested in developing your skills in one of the areas that we offer and want to kick start your career in the corporate environment.
• You have familiarity with the MS Office suite.
• You are available at least 20 hours/week.

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract Umowa zlecenie for 6 months (with the possibility of extension for maximum 18 months).
• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
• Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
• A friendly and stimulating atmosphere with the possibility to work with experts in their field within a global company and the chance to develop your career based on your ambitions while building a professional network.
• A modern office in the city center for a newly established Hub with coffee/tea/fruit (and more) available to you.
• Highperforming interns may be considered for future fulltime positions within Huntsman.
