Qualifications
- Management experience in a fastpaced retail or restaurant setting is required
- Extensive background in customer service leadership overseeing 310 direct reports
- Proven staff development skills and expertise in team retention tactics
- Ability to thrive outdoors in all weather with flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Successful completion of a prehire background check
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Foster transparent and inspiring communication and accountability within your team
- Cultivate and motivate growth in team leaders shift leaders and future managers
- Ensure proper store staffing through recruitment collaboration and promotions
- Manage customer and employee issues with a focus on retention and swift resolution
- Develop guest rapport by assisting with car wash transactions and memberships
- Infuse positivity focus and a passion for learning into the workplace
