Job Overview
Housiey is seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Manager for a fulltime position based in Pune. The role requires a midlevel candidate with no more than 6 years of experience. This position involves managing property sales interacting with clients and overseeing project bookings in the Pune Division including areas such as Talegaon Dhamdhere Talegaon Dabhade Bavdhan Bhugaon and Hadapsar.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales experience in real estate or property sales demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets and develop relationships in the sector.
- Indepth knowledge of residential real estate markets with a focus on new property launches and residential developments.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management including efficient time management strategic planning and delivery of sales goals.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and present project details in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in generating and managing leads aligning with real estate sales strategies and converting them into successful sales (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of the real estate market particularly in lead generation and strategies to maximize sales outcomes (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to handle multiple site visits and address client inquiries with professionalism and comprehensive knowledge of the project details.
- High customer service orientation ensuring a quality experience from the initial inquiry through to the booking process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team to explain project details effectively and convert leads into successful site visits.
- Coordinate site visits with potential clients ensuring all their questions are answered thoroughly and with transparency.
- Convince and assist clients in booking properties by providing necessary guidance and addressing concerns raised during visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with top developers including Brigade Group Sobha Realty and others to ensure collaboration on new project launches.
- Report sales performance and strategies to senior management aligning with the companys overall strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on market trends new developments in the real estate sector and apply this knowledge to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent support services and aftersales assistance maintaining Housieys reputable standing in the real estate market.
