Houseperson The Seasons Full Time Year Round Avon CO
The Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas of the lodge: hallways elevators main public bathrooms fitness rooms garage andassisting housekeepers with general cleaning of guest rooms if needed. This includes vacuuming shampooing of carpets cleaning/waxing of floors trash removal stocking and maintaining supply rooms keeping the exterior grounds clean sweeping snow removaland other cleaning duties.Very detailedcleaning is required.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to communicate in English preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience required
- Flexible schedule required. Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Inperson interviews preferred
