Job Description
Required Skills:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofHartford CTor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Good understanding of healthcare domain.
- At least 4 years experience in managing IT projects.
- Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders End users and IT teams.
- Experience in feasibility study project costing requirement analysis change control Cost benefit Analysis change management stakeholders reporting status updates IT implementation
- Working experience in Waterfall Agile Scrum XP Kanban SAFe project management.

- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
- Six Sigma or PMI/PMP or Scrum Certification.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.
