Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Wound Care Registered Nurse to work at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care Centerin New Orleans.
Position Highlights:
- Weekend Holiday Evening and Night Hour Shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- Medical/Dental/Vision

Position Responsibilities:
- Patient assessment triage and monitoring
- of physicians orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice
- Provide treatment and discharge instructions upon patient release
- Documentation of patient care and observations
- Patient education and emotional support
Position Requirements:
- Active Nurse Licensure Compact
- Possess a minimum of one 1 year of experience as an RN working in a Wound Care setting within the last 2 years
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross and ACLS
