Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 6 years of health care regulatory and/or transactional experience with particular emphasis on health care clients. Candidates should have general knowledge of federal and state health care laws and regulations including their impact on health care transactions and daytoday business matters. We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated interest in health care who are solutionoriented and adaptable to working on a range of dynamic cuttingedge issues. Prior judicial law clerk experience is a plus but not required. We are seeking a wellrounded dynamic highly motivated associate with strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate should expect direct interaction with both senior partners and clients and have a positive attitude strong interpersonal skills and an exceptional work ethic. Pursuant to the CA Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act the expected salary range for this position is between $230000 $375000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
