Job Description

Your Role:
- Gather clean and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and anomalies
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure data accessibility and transformation
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategies
- Lead the analysis and mentor Junior Analysts on best practices and technical approaches
- Contribute to the development of the companys data strategy
What Youll Need:
- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst 8 years preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong skills in data wrangling and cleaning techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g. Python R Excel)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience for junior team members
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in retail or consumer analytics
- Exposure to advanced analytics techniques like machine learning and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Familiarity with cloudbased data platforms (AWS Azure and GCP)
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop and Spark)
