Job Description
As a Landscape Account Manager with Lawns of Dallas you will make a lasting impact on our exceptional clients and staff for our highend l Properties in North Dallas. Grow a vibrant career as you curate breathtaking outdoor environments!
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively resolve onsite issues with clear communication and proven experience in field operations such as bed maintenance pruning planting landscape constructionand turf care
- Maintain a vibrant portfolio of work byanticipating client needs and strengthening the health and beautyof theirlandscape
- Generate enhancement sales by buildingrapport with clients and monitoringthe needs of their properties
Requirements
- Ability to incorporatedigitaldevices and platforms (i.e. tablets iPhone landscape management software)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction of softscapes and/or hardscapes
- Minimum of 2 years of experience from a leadership/management position
- Valid Drivers License
Skills
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment while adopting established processes(required)
- Project management time management and conflict resolution (required)
- Communication organization and collaboration (required)
- Proficiency with equipment such as skid steers (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required)
