GeneralOverview:
This is an exciting opportunity for aselfmotivated thinker who is interested in working on the Partnerswideinitiative Partners eCare. With the guiding principle of one patient onerecord one team one Partners statement this project will enable a seamlessflow of clinical and administrative information about a patient anywhere withinthe Partners System and ultimately improve the quality and safety of care forour patients.
Reportingdirectly to the Partners eCare Enterprise Training Director the Training Manager isresponsible for the planning coordinating and management of the day to dayactivities of the PeC Enterprise (central) Credentialed Trainers as well as theexecution of the following:
New CT Onboarding
New CT Credentialing
CT Class Assignments
Management of CT Communications and Reports
Management of CT Issues and Risks
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as manager in the developmentof the credentialing program for the credentialed trainers (CT). (The trainingmanagers will develop the program and the CT Manager will coordinate theexecution of the program with PeC training and the sites.
Coordinate activities for theCredentialed Trainers.
Develop processes proceduresand schedules for the enterprise CTs.
Support the process for hiring andcoordinating sitebased Credentialed Trainers.
Coordinate with site resources onscheduling and monitoring the CT skill progression and areas of developmentand escalate resource issues to appropriate parties for remediation.
Work with staffing vendors tohire deploy and escalate vendor resources.
Manage CT assignments andtracking in HealthStream (LMS)
Identify and communicate to the ProjectDirector any issues/problems/delays that may adversely impact the projecttimeline.
Applies knowledge of overallproject objectives to the CT tasks and deliverables.
Reports completion of work plansfor outstanding work issues and risks on a weekly basis to the ProjectDirector.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree in Business Education Communication or relatedrequired.
Must have 8 years of prior staff management and training projectmanagement experience.

AdditionalInformation:
Officesetting with some local travel between Partners Healthcare sites.Directsupervisory responsibility for approximately 48 direct reports with supportteams and additional consultants or other temporary staff as needed.
