About The Role

Accountabilities:

• Coordinate the planning and activities for test and commissioning localized in Brussels
• Develop reports and metrics for monitoring and reporting status of all planned activities across multiple project phases
• Support the local test and commissioning lead in preparing correspondence and formal responses to the end client
• Ensure effective collaboration for the planning and preparation of continuous client demonstrations site testing and laboratory testing
• Organize the feedback from testing campaigns onsite and in the lab effectively using a defined defect management and reporting process
• Development of site test procedures including creation review and client acceptance

About Your Profile

Required Skills/ Knowledge

• Expertise using project management practices and tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and continuously evaluating the shortterm and longterm priorities of the test and commissioning teams activities
• Ability to plan coordinate and prioritize workloads independently and proactively
• Strong Testing acumen with the ability to generate review and execute test cases in a Linux based software environment
• Strong Networking knowledge and troubleshooting
• Strong IT skills in particular high proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint Excel Word and MS Project)
• Strong written skills excellent written English and able to produce precise and concise reports and meeting notes
• Ability to understand Hitachi Rails core and digital products and solutions

Education: Bachelors degree (Engineering Computer Science).

Experience: Minimum of 35 years working experience in a technical software leadership role preferably test oriented.

Languages:Good level of English both technical and fluent which allows you to evolve easily in our international and multicultural environment. French and/or Italian proficiency will be considered a plus.
