Job Description
- Supervise schedule and coordinate paving operations.
- Ensure the crewmeets daily production goals.
- Ensure necessary equipment materials and trucks are scheduled.
- Proactively Identifies needs opportunities and problems.
- Responsible for training qualified crew members.
- Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew under his/her direction.
- Ensure the safety of crew members and the public who may interact with job.
- Maintain flexibility necessary to accommodate project changes.
- Daily submission of electronic time cards and shift production reports as required by management
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Five years supervisory experience with Asphalt paving required.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Must be able to be work nonroutine hours.
- Must possess a current drivers license in good standing.
- Successful completion of preemployment MVR background and drug screen.
